Initiator sends counterparty's email and claim number if one is known. No payment. No forms. Counterparty accepts on the Invitations page.
The party making payment chooses the terms of the release. The party accepting payment can edit/reject, or offer their own release.
Both parties pay $100.00 each. Schedule a date. Blind bidding begins where a party can see if their counterpart will come into their range. Use the settlement potential score to make progress.
